| When you aren’t making the most of the 350 acres of parks, woodlands and lakes surrounding Mardon Hall on the Streatham Campus, you’ll be making the 10 minute walk or short bus ride to Exeter city centre. Here you can visit Northenhay Gardens to see the only stretch of Saxon town wall in England, as well as Exeter Cathedral and the historic Quayside. In the evenings you can eat in any of Exeter’s restaurants, drink in any of its bars, buy tickets to the theatre, or even make the most of its clubs. |

| Check In: From 3pm to 9.30pm Check Out: By 10am You need to check in at the porters lodge at Holland Hall next door to Mardon Hall: The Porters Lodge Holland Hall Mardon Hall C/O Holland Hall Clydesdale Road Exeter EX4 4SA This is on the University of Exeter Streatham Campus. If you need a later check in time please request this at time of booking. There’s no need to bring towels and bed linen as these are supplied by Mardon Hall. At reception you can request an iron and board, faxing and photocopying. Permit parking is available on the Streatham Campus. Exercise classes are also available here, although you will be charged a small fee. There are some rooms on the ground floor at Mardon Hall but please call us if you have a specific disabled requirement as we will need to check that a suitable room is available. |

By Train | : | To get to Mardon Hall, travel to Exeter St David’s Train Station. Then either follow the by foot directions below or catch a taxi if you have lots of bags with you. | ||

By Foot | : | From the main exit at Exeter St David’s Train Station walk down the right hand side of the car park and cross over Bonhay Road using the pedestrian traffic lights. Turn to your left then take a right onto St Clement’s Lane. Walk up the hill, cross over the road and go straight up Howell Road directly ahead. Cross the next set of pedestrian traffic lights and then turn left. The next main right hand turning is Streatham Drive which you need to take. Follow the fork to the left and this will take you directly onto the University of Exeter Streatham Campus where Mardon Hall is based. | ||

By Car | : | Get off the M5 at junction 30. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A379. Follow the signs for the University of Exeter Streatham Campus from here to get to Mardon Hall. Get off the A30 at the Dawlish and Marsh Barton roundabout and when you reach the roundabout turn left onto Alphington Spur. Keep going until you hit a really big roundabout – you need to take the 3rd exit here onto Bonhay Road. Drive straight past Exeter St David’s Train Station then take a sharp right at the mini roundabout onto St David’s Hill. Take your 2nd left onto Hele Road, turn left onto New North Road, then 2nd right onto Streatham Drive. The right hand fork in the road (Prince of Wales Road) will take you onto the University of Exeter Streatham Campus where Mardon Hall is based. |
