Description

It’s so cheap to stay at Phoenix Hall Accommodation for a week (or more if you want to), that booking yourself into an expensive Brighton hotel for a weekend doesn’t make sense! Book a single ensuite room here and you can stay longer and see much more of this exciting city than you ever bargained for! These rooms are arranged in flats, with up to 8 rooms per flat. These are normally occupied by students of the University of Brighton, but when they go home for the summer you can snap one up!

If you need to speak to friends and family there are payphones in each block. Even if you have to come to Brighton to work or study during the summer, the rooms here make financial sense.

Nearby attractions

One of the great things about Phoenix Hall Accommodation is that most of Brighton’s attractions are within easy walking distance. You can stroll to the Dome Theatre, the Royal Pavilion and the Brighton Museum and Art Gallery. Just a bit further on is Brighton seafront, where you can try the fairground rides at Brighton Pier or visit the Sealife Centre. You’ll need to stay for as long as you can just to sample some of the shops, bars, restaurants and clubs that this cosmopolitan seaside city has to offer.

Directions

By Train : The closest train station to Phoenix Hall Accommodation is Brighton Train Station. You can walk from here. If you have lots of luggage then its best to catch a taxi from outside the main exit of the station as it’s a good 20 minute walk.

By Foot : Walk out of the main exit of Brighton Train Station onto Surrey Street and turn left straight away. Walk down Trafalgar Street (which passes underneath the station) and at the end of this road turn left into York Place. You will spot some pedestrian traffic lights on your right. Start crossing the roads until you reach Richmond Place and then turn left. Carry on walking and this will lead you straight onto Lewes Road. Turn right into Southover Street and you will find Phoenix Hall Accommodation on this street.

By Car : Get onto the A23 and head for Brighton city centre and sea front. When you reach the traffic lights just before Richmond Place turn left. At the next traffic lights turn left again into Lewes Road. Turn right into Southover Street where you will find Phoenix Hall Accommodation.
