Description

Riego Street flats are situated in the Tollcross area of town. This is a lively area during the summer, close to many shops, restaurants, theatres and cinemas. Riego Street has 57 modern flats, designed around a courtyard and split between seven blocks. The development consists of mainly four and five person self-catering apartments. Riego Street does have parking, although this is limited to a first-come-first-served basis. There is also a reception, which is open daily.

Riego Street has comfortable bedrooms that come with a single bed, built-in wardrobe, sink, bedside table and workstation. Bathroom facilities at Riego Street are shared. All rooms have a personal phone line and guests can purchase phone cards at reception. Each shared kitchen is equipped with a coin-operated washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and iron and ironing board. Full kitchen utensils are also supplied. Rooms at Riego Street are available during the summer.

This large park has ample space where people enjoy themselves during the summer months. A short walk brings you to Princes Street, which is the main shopping area in Edinburgh, and in the opposite direction you’ll find the Royal Mile and the city’s Old Town.

Directions

By Car : Exit the M1 at junction 8 and take the Edinburgh City Bypass. Then take the A702 towards the city centre. Turn left onto Earl Grey Street (A700) and then right onto Bread Street. Turn right again onto East Fountainbridge and you will see Riego Street on the left.

By Train : The nearest station to Reigo Street is Edinburgh’s Haymarket Station.

By Foot : Leave Haymarket Station and go right. When the road forks, turn right down Morrison Street. At the end of this road turn right onto Lothian Road, then take a left down East Fountainbridge. Finally, turn right down Riego Street.
