Description

At the heart of the University of East Anglia Campus, the Broadview Lodge is wonderfully convenient for your visit to the University or the Norfolk and Norwich area. We are easy to find from the A47 Norwich southern bypass and easily accessible from the train station or airport. We have 60 en suite rooms with a mixture of single, double and twin bedded rooms, which are available year round.

UEA Campus offers a wide variety of facilities. Guests are welcome to use the shops, post office, laundrette, bars and restaurants on campus, which are all open year round. We also have a large sports centre available to guests on a pay and play basis. Within the Broadview Lodge all rooms have en suite shower rooms and are equipped with televisions, hairdryers, alarm clocks, ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities

Directions

By Plane : Norwich International Airport has scheduled flights to and from Amsterdam, Paris, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Manchester and international connections to 200 cities worldwide. The easiest way to reach UEA from the airport is by taxi.

By Train : Norwich is less than two hours from London (Liverpool Street) and there are excellent intercity links with the rest of the country. A taxi from the station to UEA usually costs about £7.00 - £8.00. There are regular buses direct to the University from outside the station.

By Coach : National Express coaches run from all major cities in Great Britain to the Surrey Street Bus Station in the city centre.

By Car : From London take the M11/A11; just outside Norwich take the A47 towards Swaffham; the University is signposted at the next junction. Turn right here onto the B1108. Turn right into the University Campus.

From the North or the Midlands, use the A47 via Kings Lynn, or the new A14 to Newmarket and the A11 to Norwich. UEA is situated approx three miles west of the city centre, just off the Earlham Road (B1108).

By Bus : Buses run regularly from Castle Meadow and St Stephen’s Street in the city centre to the University campus.
