| Outside the campus you can discover Norwich, with its majestic cathedral and excellent shopping. Cobbled streets, a Norman Castle and dozens of tiny churches and pubs await you. Reputedly, there is one church for every week of the year and a pub for every day. Further afield you may like to visit the Norfolk Broads or the beautiful North Norfolk Coast, a haven for bird watchers and walkers. |

By Car | : | From London take the M11/A11; just outside Norwich take the A47 towards Swaffham; the University is signposted at the next junction. Turn right here onto the B1108. Turn right into the University Campus. From the North or the Midlands, use the A47 via Kings Lynn, or the new A14 to Newmarket and the A11 to Norwich. UEA is situated approx three miles west of the city centre, just off the Earlham Road (B1108). | ||

By Plane | : | Norwich International Airport has scheduled flights to and from Amsterdam, Paris, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Manchester and international connections to 200 cities worldwide. The easiest way to reach UEA from the airport is by taxi. | ||

By Train | : | Norwich is less than two hours from London (Liverpool Street) and there are excellent intercity links with the rest of the country. A taxi from the station to UEA usually costs about £7.00 - £8.00. There are regular buses direct to the University from outside the station. | ||
